The Flying Feather 10 Mile and 4 Mile is race 3 of 3 from our Wine Trail Race Series.

The entire course is on roadway. The name “Wine Trail” comes from the well known Southern Illinois Wine Trail similar to Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail.

It’s not a race unless your wining!

The Tasting room will be open at 8:30 am and have mimosas and beer specials as well as our award winning wines!

Custom finisher’s race medal for the first 100 participants. Participate in all three Wine Trail Race Series events to collect all 3 medals, which go together to form one bigger medal that doubles as a coaster!

Compete in all 3 and you also receive a Wine Trail Race Series hoodie.

Deadlines:

Shirt order deadline guarantee will be October 22nd at 11:00 am. No extra shirts will be ordered. If you are not registered by this date, you will not receive a shirt.

Deadline guarantee to have name printed on race bib will be October 25th at 5:00 pm. Entries after this date will receive a standard non customized race bib.

Runners and Walkers Awards Information:

Everyone receives a custom finisher’s medal

Those who are 21 and over and win their age group will receive a bottle of StarView wine

4 Mile Run Awards – 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

4 Mile Walk Awards – 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

10 Mile Awards – 12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over

There is a $100 purse for the 1st place male and female for the 10 Mile

There is not currently a cutoff time on the course

  1. No refunds or transfers.
  1. Participants unable to pick up their own race packet may have someone else pick up their packet for them as long as their individual waiver has been signed.

Cancellation Policy: 
Entry fees are non-refundable; race numbers and entries cannot be transferred to another year or person. No exceptions. This means once we have received your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate, or if the event is cancelled because of weather.
