Question: Are you required to do a set amount of miles every week or per day?
Answer: No. You simply have to complete 500 miles within 12 months from your registration date on whatever schedule works for you.
Question: Do you have to enter your miles on the day you complete them?
Answer: No. You can enter miles on the day you complete them or you can go as far back as the day you began the challenge. For convenience of time, you can even make weekly or monthly entries. Keep in mind, you may want to enter them as frequently as possible because the Run To Succeed team does frequently monitor your activity and track your progress.
Question: If I compete in a race (5K, 10K, half-marathon, marathon, etc..), do those miles count towards my 500?
Answer: Absolutely Yes! Every mile earned counts towards the challenge.
Question: Is there a T-shirt and medal included with my registration?
Answer: No. Every participant that registers and completes the 500 miles within 12 months of registering is guaranteed a 500 Mile Challenge T-shirt and custom medal.
Question: Do I get a refund of my registration fee if I am unable to complete the challenge?
Answer: No. There will be no refunds given. This is a fitness challenge designed to encourage you to complete the challenge.
